Linda Davis-Love

Linda Davis-Love went to join her Lord and Savior on May 7, 2020.  She was born Linda Lou Yates on April 21,1951 and raised in Painesville Ohio, by Thelma and Edwin Butcher. She grew up with six siblings; Raynette "Peewee" (George) Powell , Ralph (Linda) Korpi, Shirley (Bob) Kender, Lorene (Dave) Roberts , Edwin "Butch" (Ginny) Butcher , and Nina (Mike) Finkelstein.  She was preceded in death by husbands Theodore Davis and Patrick Love.  She was Mom to Belinda Nichols (Marc), Tereasa Davis, Faith Sutch (Jeremy), and Leona Pawlowski (Edwin), Grandmother to Adam Nichols, Johnathon Nichols, Jacob Nichols, Joshua Sutch, Zachary Pawlowski, Ethan Pawlowski, Nicholas Pawlowski, Racheal Slabe, Heather Love, Mike Love, Summer Pawlowski and Kayla Pawlowski, and Gigi to Joseph Nichols, Juniper Nichols, Zayden Pawlowski, Everly Pawlowski, and Delilah Nichols.  She was loved as a sister, a friend, a grandma, and Aunt Lynn by so many more; and she adored each and everyone of them.
Mom was a hard worker.  She was a cabinet maker, mechanic, housekeeper, manager, farmer, and so much more.  She loved wood working, fishing, hunting, gardening, bird watching, collecting, and her music.  She cherished her horses and her dogs.  She strove to instill values and teach gratitude to everyone she cared for.  The accomplishment she was proudest of was raising her "four girls" who love her and will miss her tremendously.

Public graveside services will be held on Friday May 15th at 1:00 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (Route 84) in Geneva.  The family asks that while masks certainly are not required by those in attendance, but to please observe appropriate social distancing out of the safety and respect for the elderly and immuno-compromised members of Linda's family who will be in attendance.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
